Although there are 2 options available to the accommodation owner, the best choice, in our opinion, is to offer the holidaymaker a net price, i.e. the price per night that will be displayed on your listing. Airbnb’s service fee is 15% + 7% VAT, i.e. 16.05%.
6. CLEANING SERVICES
One cleaner is all you need to maintain your villa. She will be in charge of looking after your villa when it is empty. And when it’s occupied by holidaymakers, she’ll also take care of the laundry and ironing.
