You have found
your dream
You have found your property on Koh Samui. Now it’s time for the official offer to purchase that you will make to the owner. We will write it for you and it will be sent to the owner for electronic signature. In case of acceptance of his part, the offer will be accepted by both parties, the buyer and the seller.
In general, a deposit is required to complete your official purchase request. It is 10% of the purchase offer.
The
“Due Diligence”
asian.estate Real Estate Consultants will always strive for both parties, the Seller and the Buyer, to find the right compromise that can satisfy them.
The buyer needs to secure his purchase. The information search performed by your attorney is commonly referred to as “due diligence”. It is an important process that allows the buyer to gain insight into the legal parameters of the property they are purchasing safely. It usually takes about a month.

Preparation
of the sale
Once everything is positive, the sale can now take place and the final deed of sale will be prepared by the lawyer (the seller’s).
During this period the transfer of funds will have to be done. The transfer time will depend on the country of origin of your funds and from your bank to a Thai bank in Koh Samui. Your lawyer will be able to advise you on this matter.

You officially become the new owner of the property.
